Assista is an automated time tracking and reporting tool designed specifically for Trello users. Developed by Camplight, a software cooperative, Assista integrates directly with Trello to provide seamless, hands-free time tracking based on user activity. Unlike traditional time tracking tools that require manual input, Assista uses intelligent algorithms to monitor how team members interact with Trello cards—tracking card movements, status changes, and other workflow behaviors—to automatically calculate the time spent on each task.
Designed for teams seeking better transparency, accountability, and insights into project performance, Assista helps managers understand where time is going and optimize workflows accordingly. It also supports advanced reporting, giving users detailed breakdowns of time allocation across tasks, boards, and team members. Assista’s mission is to make time tracking effortless so that teams can focus on getting work done rather than logging hours.
Whether you're managing agile development, marketing campaigns, or client projects, Assista provides the clarity you need to manage your team’s time more effectively.
