AppsHunter.io Launches — a launch board built only for iOS apps.
AppsHunter Launches is the weekly launch board for iOS apps and games — Product Hunt, but built specifically for the App Store.
The problem with launching an iOS app.
Product Hunt accepts everything — web tools, AI products, hardware, SaaS — so an iPhone app lands on the same page as forty B2B dashboards and gets buried by lunchtime. Meanwhile the App Store's own discovery is dominated by charts and paid ads, which means a brand-new indie app is effectively invisible during the one week it has momentum. You ship, you post, and nothing happens.
What AppsHunter Launches does differently.
You pick your launch week. Schedule from a calendar instead of gambling on a random Tuesday against whatever else went live that morning. Every app gets its own week in the feed.
iOS-only audience. 100,000+ monthly iOS users, 80%+ from English-speaking markets and ~54% US. Every product on the page is installable on an iPhone right now, and every voter is an iOS user — not a web founder upvoting out of politeness.
Ranked by upvotes, not by spend. No paid tier, no boost, no priority queue in the feed. Voting requires a free account, so it's one account, one vote.
Auto-filled from the App Store. Paste your App Store URL and the icon, screenshots, category, ratings and reviews pull in live from a catalogue of 2 million iOS apps. No form-filling marathon.
A followed link to your site. Your launch page links out to your website and your App Store listing with no nofollow attribute.
A badge you can actually use. Ranked launches get a "#N App of the Week" badge in three formats — a wide tag for footers and landing pages, a portrait trophy that drops into App Store screenshots, and a compact chip for READMEs and press kits. Light and dark, copy-paste embed.
Longer shelf life. Launches surface across This Week, Past Week and All Time, then move to a permanent archive grouped by month. The page keeps working after day one.
Curated, not spammed. Any iOS app or game with a working public App Store listing is welcome. Android-only apps, scams and dead listings don't make it in.
Free. Submission costs nothing.
Who it's for.
Indie iOS developers shipping their first app
Solo devs whose Product Hunt launch sank under SaaS tools
Game developers who need players, not investors
Anyone who'd rather earn a launch week than buy Apple Search Ads to validate an idea
Categories covered: Productivity, Games, Photo & Video, Health & Fitness, Finance, Education, Utilities, Food & Drink, Reference, Business — every App Store category.
How to launch. Go to appshunter.io/launches/submit, paste your App Store link, pick a launch week, and we'll prefill the rest. Once it's live, the community decides the week's leaderboard.
Don't launch into a void. Launch where iOS users already are.
