New Features
Added Tags to Animals. You can now add whatever tags you want to each animal. They can be filtered from the table.
Added column filtering to the Animals table. This should clean up some columns that you may not always need to see.
Added Temperament to the Animal. You can fill this in as you like.
Fixes and Improvements
Improved the filtering interface to support many filters.
Made sure all packages are up to date and secure.
