• Added a resend email button for the Job Event form (v1.10.3)

• Added Detailer Name field to the Job Event form. If the Busted Job field is Yes, then this field is displayed and is required

• Added Purchase Location field to the Work Order form. If the Materials Purchased field is Yes, then this field is displayed and is required. If the Purchase Location field is At store, then it is required to upload Receipts. Heather is also included on the submission emails when a Work Order is created or updated with Purchase Location being At store
