# Sources and project settings

Configure repository, deploy, note, screenshot and revenue sources for each project.

## Repository and notes

- The GitHub App installation provides access to repositories explicitly granted to that installation.
- Link one repository to a project, select the branch, and maintain excluded paths for material that must not be read.
- Repository note globs select supported notes such as docs/daily-log/*.md. Exclude private files and paths before enabling a source.
- Commit history rebuild creates reconstructed history. Review the generated editions and chapters before publishing them.

## Deploys and screenshots

Deploy webhooks can attach deployment evidence to a project. Screenshot capture and configured screenshot URLs depend on the site origin, safe public URL checks, storage and outbound configuration. They do not guarantee that a provider page can be captured.

Public screenshots attached to a draft may appear in the resulting update. Check the destination, caption and visibility before publication.

## Revenue data

Revenue connection is a separate read-only integration. The app accepts provider credentials through its connection flow and can show verified revenue according to the project display setting. The documentation does not promise that any particular Stripe account, key, subscription or live provider connection has been accepted.

Disconnecting a revenue source stops future reads; it does not change the provider account.
