4. SOFTWARE LICENSE
The IndieLogs service is provided under the plan shown in your account. IndieLogs may update plans and features; changes to paid subscriptions will be communicated as required by law.
5. REFUNDS
Refund requests are handled under the applicable subscription terms and consumer protection laws. Contact IndieLogs support with your account details and the reason for your request.
6. DISCLAIMER
IndieLogs does not warrant that the Service will meet every requirement or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IndieLogs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising in connection with these Terms or the Service.
8. RESPONSIBILITIES

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to IndieLogs, without giving effect to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.

You agree to use IndieLogs responsibly and not to misuse content or interfere with the Service. You are responsible for the content you submit and the permissions needed to share it.
