What IndieLogs does
IndieLogs turns selected project activity into draft updates for a public maker and project journal. GitHub commits, deploy events, repository notes and coding-agent context can provide evidence. Drafts can be checked against their sources, edited, held or published.
A connected source does not mean that its output is automatically public. Publication policy and enabled output channels control what happens after a draft is created.
Set up a project
- Create or select a project in Settings → Projects.
- Install the IndieLogs GitHub App and grant access only to repositories you choose.
- Link a repository to a project. Configure the branch and excluded paths before rebuilding history.
- Review the discovered commits and reconstructed editions. Publish the history only after reviewing it.
- Choose an Autopilot policy. The default review policy leaves each draft waiting for you.
Before connecting providers
GitHub App, OAuth, AI Gateway, email, billing and social-output integrations depend on deployment configuration as well as your account settings. A setup control in the app does not confirm that the provider credentials, provider account permissions or production delivery are ready.
This page describes the checked-in IndieLogs implementation. Provider credentials, feature flags and account entitlements are deployment-specific.
