Buildingby Fekri
Founder-led studio building AI-powered MVPs and SaaS platforms rapidly.
I added a comprehensive SEO setup targeting 12 industries and 12 use cases, each with keyword-optimized content, pain points, FAQs, and metadata. This helps us capture over $54K monthly search volume by covering key AI-related niches.
The landing page and quiz flow got a visual overhaul using new typography, floating cards, and dot patterns to feel more modern and engaging. I also simplified the quiz’s final steps to reduce drop-offs with clearer calls to action.
Swapped out existing product screenshots with smaller, faster-loading WebP files to improve page speed without sacrificing quality.
Fixed rendering issues in Next.js for admin loginForced dynamic rendering on the admin login page to avoid prerender errors caused by runtime environment variables needed by Supabase client.
Other improvementsI removed the conflicting dark mode media query and added a CSS rule to force the site to stay in light mode. This stops browsers like Chrome and Firefox from auto-inverting colors, which was making the hero text hard to read on dark mode systems.
Other improvementsNow we collect not just email but also name and phone number during the quiz and build plan flows. This helps us get better contact info for leads and improves how we save and track them.
Integrated PostHog analytics with detailed quiz funnel trackingWe plugged PostHog into the quiz components to track user progress through every step with consistent event payloads. This gives us clearer insight into how users move through the funnel and where they drop off.
Refined event tracking with unified payloadsAll quiz-related analytics events now use a standard structure, including session IDs and step info. This makes our data cleaner and easier to analyze.
Improved error handling and data persistence for leadsThe lead saving logic was refactored to better handle errors and ensure all available contact info is stored reliably.
Other improvementsAdded a new CalTracker component to the app layout to track booking events more effectively. This includes server-side lead tracking and Facebook Pixel integration to measure conversions better.
Revamped Homepage and Core ComponentsRefactored the homepage layout by removing duplicate service sections and improving the structure of key components like Hero, Services, PortfolioShowcase, and Timeline. This streamlines user experience and updates messaging to better reflect our AI-focused offerings.
Updated Privacy Policy with Official Company InfoPublished a full privacy policy page including our official company address and clear details on data collection and cookie usage, ensuring compliance and transparency.
Improved Email Capture and UI RefinementsLaunched a full new build plan page that guides users through a step-by-step personalized plan. It includes embedded scheduling to book calls directly and tracks user progress throughout.
Improved Analytics TrackingAdded server-side tracking for key user events using Meta's Conversions API alongside client-side pixel tracking. This improves data accuracy and helps us better understand user behavior.
Enhanced Quiz Call to ActionRevamped the final call-to-action in the quiz flow to focus more on booking strategy calls, with updated visuals and clearer messaging to boost engagement.
Updated Email Capture in QuizExpanded the email capture form to also collect name and phone number, with validation and event tracking to improve lead quality and follow-up.
Other improvementsIntegrated Google Ads conversion tracking on the site to better understand visitor behavior and campaign performance. This will help us make data-driven decisions moving forward.
Updated the Hero section with a cleaner, centered layout and improved background color for better visual consistency. Also refreshed the Book Call Banner and Pricing components to enhance clarity and user experience.
Shortened names and switched testimonial avatars to local images for faster loading and consistent branding. Updated quotes and metrics to better reflect project outcomes and timelines.
Replaced logos with images and adjusted messaging to better communicate our partnership and credibility.
I redesigned the quiz to have distinct paths for founders and developers, making the experience more personalized. This includes new step renderers and updated questions to better capture user needs and preferences.
Introduced FinalCallToAction ComponentReplaced multiple quiz end screens with a single, streamlined FinalCallToAction component that handles email submission and booking calls, simplifying the user journey and improving conversion clarity.
Enhanced Testimonials and Social ProofUpdated all testimonial components to better highlight Fekri and Moustapha's contributions, added star ratings, and improved layouts for stronger social proof and engagement.
Refined Branding and UI ElementsStandardized the branding to "BUILDFOUND" across the app and polished UI components like QuizWelcome with dynamic badges, logos, icons, and animations to make the interface more engaging.
Other improvementsI refactored the quiz's call to action screens by merging primary and secondary CTAs into a single, simpler object. This streamlines how CTAs are presented and tracked, making it easier to update and maintain while improving user engagement with clearer descriptions and links.
New Interactive Quiz ComponentsLaunched a full quiz experience with multiple new components including welcome screens, question cards, insight cards, progress bars, result screens, and thank-you pages. These components guide users through a personalized path to help them decide between developer or founder routes.
Added an email capture form that validates input and connects with the quiz flow. It offers personalized recommendations or MVP roadmaps depending on the user’s path, helping us collect leads more effectively.
Improved Navigation and LoadingUpdated the navbar to hide on quiz pages for a cleaner experience and wrapped page view tracking in a Suspense component to handle loading states better. This ensures smoother navigation and more reliable analytics.
Other improvementsI built a dedicated portfolio showcase section to highlight selected projects with detailed overviews and key features. This new component uses a custom carousel to display project cards with images and descriptions, making it easier for visitors to explore our work visually.
Improved Portfolio CarouselThe portfolio carousel was refactored to simplify the code and improve user experience. It now supports different card sizes and integrates a marquee effect for smoother scrolling. This helps present our projects more attractively and responsively.
Updated Hero Section MessagingThe main headline and description in the hero section were revised to better communicate our value: delivering AI and SaaS products quickly and smarter than traditional agencies. Some animation blocks were temporarily disabled for a cleaner look.
Refined Services ListWe updated the services to better reflect our focus, adding AI solutions as a primary offering and rearranging the order for clarity. This aligns our messaging with the current market demand for AI-driven product development.
Other improvementsI added a timeline that clearly breaks down our product development journey into phases like Discovery, Strategy, Design & Build, and Launch Support. This helps clients understand each step and what to expect along the way.
Comparison Tab Highlighting Our AdvantagesBuilt a tabbed comparison chart showing how BUILDFOUND stacks up against freelancers, traditional agencies, and in-house teams on key factors like speed, pricing, and specialization. It makes our value props clearer and easier to digest.
Updated Service Descriptions for ClarityRefined the service list with clearer, more professional descriptions for offerings like Web App and Mobile App development to better communicate what we deliver.
Homepage Refresh with New SectionsRearranged the homepage to include the new Timeline and Tab Comparison components, replacing some older sections for a more focused narrative on what we do and how fast we move.
